| Tony had posted on the facebook page that he recently picked up a PAL disc and that Tom was looking to make a visual database of all the PAL discs too. I think that would be great since some of them vary from the US releases. I was just wondering how many here have PAL discs and maybe we can get a visual database going here if people want to post pics. |

I'm going to ask a stupid question. I'm 99% sure I'm right in my assumption. You can't play a PAL CED in our disc players, correct?

Nope its not possible. pal players run on a higher voltage and use 50hz and spin the discs faster! So no pal disc will ever work in an ntsc player

someone said on facebook that when a pal player plays a ntsc disc it does something but im not sure what...
here is the only pal disc i have, cliff richard the video collection
