| I have an SJT200 I am looking to sell, from what I understand there were shipping blocks from the factory that are long gone. What should I do to prevent damage during shipping? |

| [] The SJT200 does not use shipping blocks. It uses 2 shipping tabs to prevent player shipping damage. The tabs are inserted under the front panels of the player. They lock the stylus arm in place . If the player is shipped without the tabs, the loose stylus arm can travel into the disc area and will often break a gear in the stylus servo mechanism If this happens your player will not load a disc and a mechanical repair will be needed. Shipping tabs are available from CEDatum. They also have the gear ( 3rd reduction gear) in stock. |
